Packers Release Chad Clifton

 

Chad Clifton has had a respectable career as a Packer

Ever since being drafted as the number 44 overall pick in the 2000 NFL Draft, the six foot 5 inches, 320 pounds, Chad Clifton, has been a great player on the Packers offensive line. With Clifton’s 165 games (160 starts) he has protected Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. Since being a Tennessee Volunteer, Clifton has been to the pro-bowl twice, once in 2007, and another time in 2010, which was the same year the Packers brought the Lombardi Trophy back home.  Read more »
