What are the first things you think of when you hear the name: Green Bay Packers, you might think greatest franchise ever, Bears destroyer,or NFC North Champion. You might also know the Packers because they have the best overall receiving corps in the NFL. The obvious number one and two receivers are Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson respectively. Packers Sign Five Tryout Rookies

The Packers rookie mini-camp ended a few days ago, when they first started their were only four spots left for the 90, after waiving tackle Chris Campbell, the Packers found them selves with five open spots. So did what every team with a Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, James Jones, Randall Cobb, and Donald Driver does, they add two more receivers. Lets take a look at these two receivers and the other three rookies the Packers signed after camp.

Packers Base 3-4 Defense

The Packers attempted to address their defense in the previous draft, and if their selections develop and play to their full potential, I think we could be back to one of the top pass-rushing teams. We made some good selections at every level of our defense, but one theme remained, we needed to improve our tackling. Nick Perry, Casey Hayward, Mike Daniels, Jerron McMillian, Jerel Worthy, and Terrell Manning were all very solid tacklers, however there have been some questions on where they will fit in, I predict all six of these players will be starting by the end of the season whether in situations or in our base 3-4 defense.
